Candice’s classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis, as modifications and challenges are given to suit the individual. Classes are slow and controlled, yet physically strong. She loves to use props such as blocks and resistance bands to make postures either more stimulating or attainable, improve body awareness and enhance the mind-body connection.
She aims to make all classes fun, relaxed and encouraging. Every class will begin with top to toe mobilisation aiming to make each flow functional and beneficial to everyday movement
Georgie teaches a variety of different styles; Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hot, Aerial and SUP yoga. In classes you will see a fusion of these styles, tapping into the different disciplines to allow for a more holistic approach to yoga. She always encourages you to honour your own body and space, knowing that every body and mind is unique.
Georgia promote’s the attitude of movement for health vs achievement, helping her students move their bodies and minds in the direction of whole body, holistic healing. She makes her classes a space where every person can connect with their bodies in a supportive and safe environment. She mainly teaches strong vinyasa flow and power yoga classes so expect to work up a sweat but feel energised and restored after!
Having attended her first ballet class at the age of 3, Faye has not stopped dancing since. Faye has undertaken prestigious dance training at Pineapple dance studios in London and is qualified with the International Dance Teaching Association, achieving distinction as an Acrobatic Dance Teacher. Faye is also a certified Barre and Ballet Bums teacher too! Teaching a range of classes for both adults and children, you will working out whilst having a wonderful time.

She currently works with Exeter Academy of Dance as a freelance ballet teacher teaching classes for all ages starting from 2 1/2 years. Her ballet fitness classes are designed to improve strength and flexibility using exercises employed by ballet dancers.
