Rosie’s passion for yoga began while she was in dance training in London. Having trained in many dance styles since a very young age, yoga and its freedom of movement felt very familiar. She quickly began to notice how practising yoga developed strength, balance and flexibility while decreasing many existing injuries she had sustained. For Rosie, yoga is a creative dance that challenges the physical body while stimulating and freeing the mind and soul. She loves teaching yoga to others and helping them grow both physically and mentally.
