Tara Smith ARAD is a fully qualified Royal Academy of Dance ballet Teacher with 20 years experience in the industry. She currently works with Exeter Academy of Dance as a freelance ballet teacher teaching classes for all ages starting from 2 1/2 years. Her ballet fitness classes are designed to improve strength and flexibility using exercises employed by ballet dancers.
