Studio owner Katie teaches a variety of classes including yoga, barre, TRX and circuits. A highly energetic, positive person with advanced training in classical yoga. Enjoys inspiring others to enhance their wellness and commit to long-term, holistic solutions. Focusing on correct movement patterns and helping clients to highlight and improve restrictions in the body
Nikki
Nikki’s classes are strong and balanced, inspired through vinyasa flow and Sivananda style. Expect movement, breath and meditation with a spiritual connection to yoga philosophy. Learn how yoga practise helps us to live more conscious, balanced lives.

Caroline
Caroline is a passionate yoga teacher and teacher trainer who loves to share her learnings through playful and creative, anatomy informed flows, helping yogis to move with purpose and awareness. Her goal is to empower yogis through her love of functional movement, nervous system and brain health to a place of wellness both on and off the mat.
Caroline came to yoga from an athletic and competitive running background with a desire to better understand her body after the continued injuries from various long distance and track running events.
Tash
Tash teaches from her own evolved daily practice which is rooted in feeling emotionally safe first and building strength and flexibility second. She is passionate about guiding students to be mindful with their bodies, focusing on breath awareness and ‘personal’ alignment but above all else, having fun and enjoying every moment of their practice, the good, the bad and the ugly.
Rebecca
Helping you to move well and feel good is her life’s passion & work. With a rich offering of Flow Yoga, Ballet Barre & Meditation Rebecca loves to share a lifetimes journey spent studying dance, education & Yoga.Helping to guide you on your wellness journey whilst most importantly of all having fun along the way. Rebecca is a Yoga Alliance Professionals Certified ‘Experienced Yoga Teacher’ with an Honours Degree in Contemporary Dance, PGCE (Qualified Teacher) & a background in Classical Ballet as well as being a certified Yin Yoga teacher. Rebecca enjoys a wide variety of movement modalities & studying with a broad range of Senior Yoga teachers. Rebecca is a lifelong cat lover & a firm believer in the power of movement.
Rosie
Rosie’s passion for yoga began while she was in dance training in London. Having trained in many dance styles since a very young age, yoga and its freedom of movement felt very familiar. She quickly began to notice how practising yoga developed strength, balance and flexibility while decreasing many existing injuries she had sustained. For Rosie, yoga is a creative dance that challenges the physical body while stimulating and freeing the mind and soul. She loves teaching yoga to others and helping them grow both physically and mentally.
Kim
Kim has a real passion for Pilates after practicing personally for over 15 years. Very mindful of the participants in each class, every exercise is modified to be suitable to all levels and bodies. Classes are steady and mindful, ensuring all exercises are performed with precision to get the most out every movement. Expect to leave Kim’s Pilates class feeling longer, stronger and with a smile on your face. Kim will soon be adding Reformer Pilates and Pilates for Pre and Post Natal to her repertoire – watch this space for more info!.
Marleen
A sunny soul with a background in classical ballet, hip hop and contemporary dance, Marleen found her way to Yoga through a passion for movement and community.
Having started her teaching career in Aruba, Marleen also enjoys bringing a Caribbean twist to her flows and loves combining good music with creative, playful sequencing.
Marleen incorporates ritual and mindfulness within her Yoga and Barre classes and welcomes all ages and abilities with the mantra of ‘meet me on the mat- let’s flow.’
