We are LIVE STREAMING our classes via zoom. Here’s how to book a live streamed class.

1. You can buy a pack of online classes OR a membership to add to your account by visiting the pricing page.
2. Select the class you wish to attend on the online timetable below and click book.
3. Sign in or create an account, select your payment option and the Zoom link will be sent to your email account 30 mins before the class starts.
4. Download the Zoom app if using a mobile phone for your class
